ENGINEERING

Arrow Engineering was founded in 1963 as a contract engineering service specializing in special jigs and fixtures required for holding close tolerances in complex aircraft parts using machinery of the day.

Every operation was presented to the spindle. The fixture did the work of today’s multiple axis machines.

Today’s workholding fixtures are no less complicated, as the increased capabilities of modern machinery make for an increased demands in innovation and quality. Our engineering team works hard to ensure that the final product meets or exceeds the concept, by utilizing a quality-driven process built from years of experience, customer support, and modern technology.

EXPERIENCED DESIGN

Once an order is received, we have a system of checklists that assures the designer has the information necessary to do the job. Our design engineers confer with our manufacturing and quality personnel before all jobs are released for production. We know that well-designed fixtures are easy to use, because we build them easy to use: reliable, repeatable, accurate.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

A positive customer experience means everything to us. When our team takes on a new project, we meet with the customer to ensure that we have every detail accounted for. During the design process, we schedule design review meetings, both internally as well as with the customer to make certain the project is going as intended. Only upon customer approval does the job get detailed and released. During the machining process, we keep our customer informed of status up and until the product is delivered.

MODERN TECHNOLOGY

Our engineers use the latest software for CAD, CAM, ERP to allow for the most accurate design representations. Our technologies save time, increase productivity, improve accuracy, and ensure that the quality of the fixture meets or exceeds expectations.
