OUR HISTORY

Nick T. Hawley founded Arrow Engineering in 1963. His philosophy was simple: build close, long term relationships with your customers by supplying innovative and cost-effective solutions.

Nick's primary objective was to design practical, turnkey concepts for machining, tooling, and fixturing problems.

In 2000, sons Tim and Nick Hawley took on ownership of the company, expanding the company to a 30 person team that not only designed custom workholding solutions, but took concepts from design to final product.

Arrow customers can be found at every tier of their supply chain, from OEM to job shop, machining aluminum and magnesium die-castings, aluminum and steel forgings, castings and bar stock.

In 2022, All World Machinery Supply purchased the company, as part of its mission to become a one-stop-shop for machine tool solutions. Despite the changes in ownership, the quality of Arrow products remains among the best in the industry. Being certified to the ISO 9001:2015 standard means that the Arrow team continuously monitors and improves processes to ensure the best product possible. Design projects are subjected to a series of scrupulous reviews before being released to the shop. Our engineers use the latest software for CAD, CAM, ERP and inspection. Machined parts follow a process in which quality is continuously monitored and documented.

Arrow's customer's can expect a fully integrated process that combines sales, design, and manufacturing into one turnkey experience. It's not just important that projects are completed on time, it's that they are completed right the first time.
